In every Nordic country where Biltema has stores, Biltema Real Estate operates offices. Biltema Real Estate is responsible for the ownership, administration, and project management of new construction, extensions and renovation of all Biltema’s buildings.
This includes stores, warehouses, and offices. The total area of all properties for which Biltema Real Estate is responsible is approximately 800,000 square metres, with an additional 200,000 square metres in ongoing projects.
