Important to know: On the above days when the customer service phone is closed, you will be able to redirect yourself to your local warehouse by mentioning the city where the warehouse is located.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Note: We are unable to deliver goods to your home address.
- We offer online shopping via our Pay & Collect service, where you pick up your ordered items in the warehouse. Either as a drive-in or collection in Customer Service.
- For online purchases, we reserve the right to ensure that your desired goods are in stock in the warehouse where you want to pick up your goods. Unfortunately, we cannot offer to obtain the goods from another warehouse.
- You always have a 14-day right of return on goods bought online.
- We reserve the right for price and text errors as well as out-of-stock items. This applies to both the website and marketing material that refers to the website.
