What do I do if I regret my purchase or want to return the product?

How do I make a complaint?

Please contact your nearest store and bring the item along with the purchase receipt. If you have difficulty visiting your store with your complaint, you can send your notice of cancellation by email, letter, or phone using the contact details you will find for each store on our website.

Please note that the notice of cancellation must clearly state which purchase it concerns and that you wish to cancel the purchase. Have the item and purchase receipt ready.

If you regret or want to cancel your purchase made online through Pay and Collect, you can use our digital cancellation form for this. You can find more information about the cancellation form here under section 5.1.

If you have had your complaint application rejected but claim that the decision is incorrect, we refer you to file a case with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (www.forbrug.dk). The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority makes independent decisions in, among other things, complaint cases. Biltema always participates in any disputes with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.

We reserve the right for possible errors in texts, images and for price changes. This applies to our website, catalog and in our advertising mailings and marketing materials. We have the right to correct such errors, change or update the information on the website and to continuously make product changes and improvements.
