Cancel a purchase
If you want to cancel a purchase that you made online via Pay & Collect, you must notify us and clearly state which purchase it concerns.
You can visit your nearest Biltema store, and we will help you with the return on site. Bring the item and the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
If you do not visit a store, you can contact us by email, letter or phone. You can find our contact details here. If you regret or want to cancel your purchase made online through Pay and Collect, you can also use our digital cancellation form for this.

Make a complaint about an item
If you believe that an item is faulty, you must notify us of the fault.
You can visit your nearest Biltema store to get help with the complaint. Bring the item and the purchase receipt, or other proof of purchase.
Contact us before visiting a store if the visit would involve extra inconvenience or costs for you. We will then help you assess how the complaint should be handled. You can reach us on phone, by email or letter. You can find the contact details for each store here.

Rejection of complaint application
If you have had your complaint application rejected but claim that the decision is incorrect, we refer you to file a case with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (www.forbrug.dk). The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority makes independent decisions in, among other things, complaint cases. Biltema always participates in any disputes with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
We reserve the right for possible errors in texts, images and for price changes. This applies to our website, catalog and in our advertising mailings and marketing materials. We have the right to correct such errors, change or update the information on the website and to continuously make product changes and improvements.
