LED work light – economical and impact resistant 

LEDs have innovated the light bulb market for several reasons. Depending on the model, an LED bulb can consume 80% less electricity than a conventional incandescent bulb. But the main advantage is that LEDs are relatively resistant to impacts and knocks. So, for tougher jobs, we recommend work lights with LEDs over halogen lamps. 

Light distribution 

Do you have work tasks that require bright lighting in a smaller area? Then we recommend the second generation of work lights. In this type of lighting, the LEDs are directed towards the reflector, which allows you to more easily direct and focus the light where you want. 

Do you need to light up the spaces around you when you work? Then you should invest in a work light with a wide beam angle. With a full 80-degree beam angle, you will see well to both the right and left.

How do I mount a work light?

Many of our work lights come with a bracket that can be fitted using screws. For more information, refer to each model. It is important to comply with local regulations when fitting a light. 

What is the difference between theoretical and effective output? 

Theoretical (or raw) lumens refer to the output achieved in a test environment with perfect conditions for lighting. Effective (or actual) lumens refer to the output achieved under normal operating conditions. 

How bright should the work light be? 

The brightness of the work light depends on the size of the area you want the light to illuminate. If the light has a wide beam angle, the area will have much weaker illumination than a focused beam.
